We are looking for Head Learning & Development based at Mumbai  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Plan, develop and implement strategy for employee training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of T&D   - Analysing training needs in conjunction with line Managers   - Developing and implementing appropriate e-learning modules   - Liaise with functional/departmental Heads/Managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of employee training and devt;, and to ensure services are integrated at the point of delivery   - Developing (Content to delivery) programmes that meet the skill gap identified through TNA   - Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole   - Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to internal customers   - Prepare and adhere to T&D Budget   - Support Talent acquisition team by way of psychometric tools like- DISC, 16PF/MBTI   - To conduct employee engagement surveys, Participate in C&B surveys, Co-ordination for conducting Assessment and Development centre.   - Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed timelines   - Facilitating the internal customers in preparing IDP/SDP (Individual/self devt plans)   MAJOR CHALLENGES:   - Communication across all functions with teams spread across   - Understanding of various business environments & markets   - Balance business priorities and program scheduling ( iterations in the calendar)   - Managing company specific needs of the Realty Industry/Service Sector   KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:   - Employee Engagement score & action plan monitoring   - Adherence to training mandays per person per year   - Adherence to Budget (Yly)   - Internal customer feedback score   - HiPo identification and development & readiness for deployment   - Assessment centre and specific development plans  For more info please call me Ajay Kasar :- 9820895929
