They are looking for individuals who can help them launch an effective campaign to place them as the market leaders. The continuing growth of the organization has created exciting opportunity for Learning and OD professional of the highest caliber to join the team.

Job Description : Reporting to the Director HR you will responsible for:

- Delivery of Leadership and Management Development programs

- Oversee learning solutions that support various Induction / Right Start engagement programs, to ensure excellent on boarding experience of new joiners.

- Periodic review with key stakeholders on the progress of the Learning agenda as well as their training demand to ensure the right resources in place to satisfy their need.

- Benchmark external best practices and pro actively identify opportunities to enhance organization efficiency and effectiveness.

- Plan and develop online learning and class room training to address business specific training and development needs. Vendor management and outside consultant and programs effectiveness measures.

- Ownership of employee engagement function

- Responsible for Rewards and Recognition program for India

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful candidate will be a Masters Degree holder with 8+ years of HR experience, and 6+ years of organizational development, leadership or related filed in consulting firm or in-house cooperate level to develop, coordinate and deliver leadership, supervisory and change management programs.

- 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role is a must.

- Hands-on, details-oriented and process driven mind-set.

- Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution and excellent communication skills.

- Team player with strong commercial sense to be able to partnership with business.
