- MSW/ MBA with 12 years - 17 years experience in Talent transformation - L&D, training, OD, change management assessment centers.
Role:
- Develop the overall training strategy,organizational capability across all levels at the Corporate, Regions and stores
- Plan and develop effective training methodologies, to improve training delivery and ensure high relevance, currency, quality and cost effectiveness.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and build consensus and commitment for People Development Initiatives
- Identify, evaluate and develop the Competency Framework for the organization.
- Training content design and delivery & assessments.
- Assessment centers, MDP, LDP, senior leadership development, customer service training. Mentor and coach, Team management & Business partnering.
