POSITION: KPO HEAD   JOB OVERVIEW:   Role refers to someone who is responsible for building a vertical portfolio in KPO across a stack of services. This individual will be responsible for crafting the inception and growth plan. The typical portfolio will include but not limited to crafting business partnerships with products required to deliver KPO partnerships with clients across industries and then building capabilities in KPO, starting with content, research and analytics. Lead organizations posture on various prospects and/or existing clients on the new requirements, converting them into engagement and/ or even delivering it. The candidate will have to work closely with Clients, BU teams, sales, competency units, external vendors.   JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Single point contact for the KPO BU within BPS   - Business partnerships / launch planning for the BU. Maintaining the revenue pipeline and opportunities pipeline   - Additionally can be given the responsibility as the P&L Head of that vertical   - Create a BU roadmap and align Service/Technology competencies to it   - Build these competencies in the Industry Solutions for KPO BU, thru internal competency units or external partners   - Take complete ownership of opportunities from BU standpoint and convert the opportunities with help from Sales and leadership team.   - Once converted, work with the respective competency units or external partners to setup the execution   - Create any necessary roadmaps, reports/documentation for management review.   DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:   - Strong understanding of KPO landscape across verticals liked BFSI,   - Good overall understanding of various enablers for proving KPO services   - Good understanding of KPO specific technology products   - Strong finance skills   - Should have managed KPO delivery / presales   - Should have experience in Vendor management and Customer relationship management   - Should have a strong urge / flexibility to recreate   - Should have excellent communication and presentation skills   - Should have strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders and conflict resolution   - Should have experience in creating high impact presentations Work Experience: 15-18 years of total work experience of which at least 5+ years in the leadership role.   Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
