Responsibilities.
- Leading a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Managing existing Key accounts.
- Generating revenues through existing accounts and achieving the targets.
- Managing Client Relationships by understanding client needs.
- Managing and driving the growth of client business.
- Set proper Expectations.
- Farming role.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Account Management or Client facing role.
- Team handling experience.
- Willing to work for a growth phase enterprise tech startup.
- Analytical Mindset.
- Software, E-commerce, Cloud, IT Domain experience will be an advantage.
