The Force.com platform has been configured into a comprehensive Loan Origination System  Email : Domain hosted on Gmail.  Financial Accounting : Local VAR for Tally  - Web-site Management  - Expense Reimbursement  IT Infrastructure Maintenance : AMC with Team Computers for all hardware, systems software, etc., at the branches and HO  Responsibilities :  The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for managing various vendors and 1-2 in-house resources to make information technology available at desired service levels and costs.  Specifically, the Head of IT will be responsible for :  Strategic Leadership :  - Development of an overall long-term Technology Vision in line with the vision, mission, strategic priorities and values of the organization  - Development and implementation of comprehensive Technology/IT Strategies aligned and integrated with short/medium/long term business objectives  - Design and development of technology proposals/initiatives to help achieve customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies, skill enhancement and overall growth.  - Conceptualization, development and assimilation of new/emerging technology-driven solutions.  - Change Management - Business Process Re-engineering and Outsourcing  Operational Leadership :  - Leadership and management of IT Operations, Operating Processes and Policies, IT Planning & Budgeting, Complex Project Management, In-house and external Application Development and User Training programs  - Leadership of Design, Architecture, Maintenance and Support for IT Infrastructure including connectivity, scalability, IT Security and Disaster Recovery  - Selection, evaluation, negotiations with and management of IT Products/Services Vendors, including BPO service providers  - Selection, integration, implementation and maintenance of enterprise solutions e.g. Loan Accounting, Financial Accounting, Loan Origination, CRM, Data warehousing, Document Management and other systems  - Team building and IT talent management; Training & Development, Mentoring and Coaching  - Introduction of Best Practices in IT and Knowledge Management  Requirements :  - Ideal candidates will be high caliber, senior professionals with IT leadership experience in lending organizations.  - They should be Engineering/Computer Sciences/Business Studies graduates from premier institutes and must have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. An MCA or MBA would be preferred.  - Experience of managing lending systems and processes  Deep experience with management of vendors in the following areas :  - Hosted application management  - Configuration of cloud solutions  - Infrastructure procurement and maintenance  - Mobile solutions  - Web hosting  - Prior experience in working closely with lending professionals to implement technology-led change management initiatives would be highly desirable.  - Experience in evaluating competing IT solutions and vendors, their selection and management; the ability to make technology choices and take calculated risks, will definitely be required.  - They should be able to contribute to the overall business strategy and build a shared vision for technology deployment across all levels of the organization  Ideal candidates would have :  - Principled leadership, strong work ethics and value systems  - Pride in and passion for their work  - Appreciation of business issues at executive level, strong business/commercial focus, a customer-centric approach, and ability to integrate business and IT issues  - Strong process orientation and overall systems perspective  - Good presentation and communication skills  - Focus on people development, learning and innovation  - Ability to manage and resolve disputes  - Negotiation, consensus-building and influencing skills  - A positive, "Can Do", highly action-oriented attitude
