Our client is a leading player in the Private Equity space with interests in hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, infrastructure, real estate and various other sectors.  For their operations in India, they are looking for an Investment Manager who can support their investment and growth strategy in the region.  Incumbent will be responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies   KRAs  - Develop and implement investment strategies to meet agreed investment objectives  - Analyse the risk and return profile of asset types, monitor market relevance   - Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance  - Work closely with partners to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals   - Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports   - Model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset   - Investment research   - Complete Investment Recommendation Reports for presentation   Desired Skills and Experience  Ideal candidate will have   - A background in investments, minimum 12 years of professional experience (buy-side), strong technology skills with an MBA from a premier institute or a qualified CA.   - He / she will be self-motivated, highly energetic and willing to independently explore and/or learn about new investment and business styles, strategies, opportunities, etc.  - Solid research/ financial modeling, analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task  - Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills  - Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach
