Job Description :

Head-Internal Audit: reporting to the CEO & Head-Finance and responsible for all Strategic & Operational Audits.

KRAs :

- Review of existing systems, policies and processes for its relevance and adequacy and its implementation

- Undertake Risk Management exercise and improve effectiveness of Corporate Governance

- Devise Risk based audit plan, audit high risk potential areas to help define way forward to mitigate risk.

- Review Compliances, Safety and Security framework, its adequacy and effectiveness.

- Help identify and devise mechanism to prevent leakages, misuse of resources and optimize cost.

- Quarterly reporting to Management and Audit Committee on audit observations with ATR.

- Established role of team members and implemented training and Computer aided audit tools (IDEA) enabling more effective and efficient audits leading to significant audit findings.

Candidate Profile : CAs with 7-15 years of relevant work experience in Audits of which the last few years must be in IT / Software organisations or with the Big-4 handling audits of IT organisations
