Job Description:
Profit Centre Operations:
- Spearheading the entire business plan with proper administration, claims operations, accounts and underwriting for entire Region.
- Skilled in developing relations with corporate accounts and bringing new business and tie-ups from corporate as well as developing business through Government Organisations.
- Devising and implementing policies/procedures for the all round development of insurance channels for the purpose of achieving pre-designated revenue plans in given time frame.
- Monitoring activities to ensure achievement of the value and volume targets by maximizing the retention of existing customers..
- Set and Achieve Business Goals and Targets.
- Develop product Mix (Insurance Products) for clients / customers.
- Responsible for ensuring budgets and sales commission goals are adhered too and delivered as per delivery strategy.
- Closely working with VP on directing key strategies on new business acquisition and servicing.
Business Development & Marketing:
- Implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new corporate accounts & expand existing ones, meeting pre-determined business objectives.
- Managing analysis of competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points to assess unproductive against competition.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Running the promotional activities & accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
Underwriting Operations/ Claims Processing:
- Analyzing and taking decisions in terms of u/w profits, risks to be accepted etc, taking steps to increase customer satisfaction on terms of claim servicing and operations feed back.
CRM and Key Client Management:
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to selection of various insurance products.
- Managing customer centric operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solutions / products and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business.
Team Management:
- Leading & monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in customer services and operations.
- Mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Recruiting & training of Sales Executives & sourcing business through them.
- Imparting training to them on underwriting guidelines and new business processes.
