The individual will work with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of effective IT resources.   - The position is established to direct, plan, organize and control all activities of the IT Department and ensure the effective, efficient and secure operations of all automated data processing systems.   Qualifications :   - Post Graduate (4 years of Engineering) and MBA   - Project Management (PMI Certification)   - 5-7 years of experience in all phases of Computer Applications   - Experience directing employees in designing, developing and implementing in a data processing environment   - Knowledge of all phases and aspects of data processing   Knowledge and Skills :   - IT Skills (Understanding of hardware, software and networking)   - Interpersonal Skills   - Change Management   - Strategic Management   - BCP / DRP (Biz Contingency Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan)   - Coaching and Mentoring   - Ability to analyze and solve problems   - Ability to prioritize and organize   Desirable candidates :   - Collaboration, Inclusiveness, Ability to Delegate and Supervise Responsibility,Business Orientation   - Ability to achieve, communicate and inspire all levels of staff   - Ability to think and act strategically and proactively   - Ability to manage and handle conflict (intra and inter departmental)   - Strong writing and presentation skills   - Strategy Development   - Leadership   - People Management   Job Responsibilities :   - Support in strategy-sing and implementing the company's technology vision and lead all aspects of the company's technical development   - Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production, operations, HR, Finance as an ad-visor of IT technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness   - Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company's vision, culture and values   - Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determination on probabilities of implementation in the organisation and support in any kind of new project implementation and / or roll out   - Responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining of all computer hardware, software and licenses and all other products and supplies necessary to keep computer systems operate and to fulfill management requests for IT support.   - Compile and review records to determine department productivity, quality of output and cost of service. Develop methods to continually improve results   - Write department annual budgets and administer funds according to budget approval   - Maintain IT security of all data and provide for the complete back up of all computer systems in case of system failure or disaster   - Responsible for identifying, maintaining and implementing approval levels and authorization for IT related systems and applications   - Seek consistent and continual feedback from internal customers on performance of people and technology provided / supported by the IT team.
