We are looking for Head - IT for FMCD company, HO in Mumbai.   Revenue of the company is 1500 Crs.  Location : Mumbai  Primary Responsibilities :   - To monitor and support existing internal setup. The person would be responsible for preventative maintenance work, change management, capacity management, back-up and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks when required.   - To support and monitor internal networks and links to regional offices, other sites or the Internet, and to ensure they are configured and working correctly.   - To plan, manage and implement Internal IT projects and upgrades.   - To liaise with external suppliers and support agencies for the ongoing support and maintenance of relevant hardware and software. To control and report on license compliances.   - To ensure that all work and changes are performed in such a way as to minimize all disruption to existing business use.   - Keeping track of infrastructure assets and ensure that the infrastructure, hardware, software & licenses and data is kept secure at all times.   - Chalk out, budget and execute a comprehensive development plan for internal IT infrastructure.  Secondary Responsibilities :  - To develop and mentor the infrastructure support team.   - To assist in designing and documenting infrastructure processes, procedures and standards and to maintain or prepare system and software documentation as required.  - To maintain appropriate records of time spent, actions taken and item status to facilitate management, future problem resolution and to keep users informed of progress.   - To keep users up to date with progress and to liaise with colleagues and partners in an appropriate manner. To liaise with users regarding escalated issues and to agree appropriate courses of action and priorities.   - To ensure that technology is used, managed and supported in accordance with company standard, policies and procedures.   Technical Skills Desired :   - Would have handled implementation/up-gradation of SAP in current/ previous organisation.  - Expert knowledge of networking and high end Servers.  - Good experience in IT sourcing and managing software and hardware vendors.  - Worked/working in a consumer goods company having HR, vendor and sales portals.
