We are looking for an IR head for Hazira works. The person will be responsible for employee & Industrial Relation related activities at Hazira.  Other Roles and responsibilities are similar to what we were looking for the previous role. Important differences are:  - This position is senior to the previous one and hence the age group is also relaxed (50 - 54 years)  - Candidate should be able to fluently communicate in Gujarati.  - He should have some experience in the south Gujarat.  Role Requirements:  Education:  Essential: MSW/Post Graduation in IR/Personnel/HR	  Preferred/Specialized: Graduate in Law  Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience with preferably some experience in the South Gujarat IR environment  - Experience in Manufacturing industry (auto or heavy industry) 	  Age: 50- 54 years  Incumbent will be responsible for:  - Development & Implementation of Industrial relations strategy for units  - Reviewing and finalizing industrial relations policy for the Businesses / Units based at Hazira, Vadodara & Surat locations  - Maintaining cordial relations with employees organization/s  - Influencing government policy formation through Employers organizations  - Building competency I employee relations within the group  - Establishing and retaining an effective network of IR/ER fraternity within the organization & outside.   Knowledge of IR & Labour laws  - Well versed with relevant laws and notifications  - Handling Trade Unions, Grievance and handling negotiations  - Ability to converse in Gujarati Language   If interested, forward CV in word format & your current salary must be mentioned.
