This is about an opportunity as Head of HR and IR where the person will be responsible for all HR + IR activities of L&T Valves, including and not limited to, design and implementation of HR polices, performance management practices, employees welfare management, disciplinary issues & grievance, and contract labor management.  - Looking for someone with 20+ years of Experience in a mix of Industrial Relations and legal background.   - Should be a very strong IR person with excellent knowledge in labor relations and statutory compliance.  - Should have handled unions in an Industrial sector including contract laborers. He will also be responsible for the other HR operations of the plant.  - Should be able to deal with Trade Unions, Contractors and Labours  Reviewed different labour laws, civil laws and consulted with legal representatives to assure that company is in compliance with regulations.  Shibba Sharma
