Our client is a well known manufacturer of Inner garments and are rated in the top. They are looking for a Head of Industrial engineering who is truly dynamic.

An Engineer with over 10 years in Managerial positions.

The position holder is responsible for the coordination and the implementation of SOP's throughout the lingerie manufacturing process

To do periodical audits to maintain and implement standard that can sustain and increase productivity process working with cross functional partners.

He/ she should drive team in maintaining accurate standardized work measurements and to drive the implementation of value added industrial engineering processes/methods to improve methods of operation/SMV reductions to thereby ensure sustainable cost effective manufacturing.

The person will also be overall responsible for ensuring to provide optimal SMVs to relevant departments within the agreed timeline.

The candidate should also be capable of effectively managing a team and must have competent managerial skills to drive the maximum results from the industrial engineering /automations team and align results to main organizational KPIs.
