Head - India Sales - F&B Software  An entrepreneurial-spirited, passionate, experienced, business-to-business sales person to expand our customer base in F&B industry.  The Head of Sales needs to be a great people manager who will be accountable for achieving the pan India sales and customer acquisition, providing direction and leadership to the Sales team while responsible for the consistent revenue generation. You will be responsible to create a world class sales team; instill a culture of focus, integrity and results from the ground up as we accelerate customer success in India and work with leadership to shape our business and sales strategy and product roadmaps.  YOU WILL :   - Achieve the Sales target of the designated market segments  - Be responsible to do sales forecasting, budgeting, and general planning activities for designated regions and market segments   - Build and manage a high functioning regional sales team responsible for exceeding new business and customer success KPIs  - Introduce best practices in all areas of the sales team and drive consistency through the national sales team  - Be a strategic thought leader to our regional sales team as we develop and grow restaurant partnerships spanning across chains, fine-dine, casual dines and cafes.  - Develop sales strategies and plans, in conjunction with company management to maximize the market penetration and develop new market opportunities.   - Collaborate closely with Account Management team and make sure of high customer satisfaction  YOU HAVE :   - 7+ years of experience in B2B companies with a track record of steadily increasing responsibility in sales or customer growth.  - 3+ years in direct management and sales leadership, including building and managing multiple teams  - Exposure to F&B industry is preferred  - Sales and account management leadership experience required  - Proven people manager and team builder with references  - Exceptional communication and organizational skills  - Ability to give direct, constructive feedback to your team, peers and co-workers  - Flexibility to travel to multiple cities in India  - International experienced preferred
