Role : Head IFRS Consolidation   CA/ MBA (Finance). Post qualification, 8-10 years of related work experience  Indicative Description  - Will support to translate and consolidate financial statements from India GAAP to IFRS and from IFRS to India GAAP  - For reporting purpose convert financial statements for International portfolio into India GAAP for consolidation and vice-versa.  - Oversee timely issuance of financial and MIS reports  - Track performance vis-à-vis budget  - Work with business to update business forecast, on cash-flow forecast & capital budgeting and on budget and medium term plans.  Qualifications  1. Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance)  2. Minimum post qualification, 7-9 years of work experience in above stated functions.  3. Through knowledge and experience of Indian GAAP & IFRS  4. Track record in Leading Accounting Firms (top five) and or leading Corporate with presence in India and operations in other countries as well  5. Superior inter-personal communications skills required.   6. Analytical who is able to frame unstructured and complex analytical systems and deliver on multiple threads of work without losing attention to detail.  7. Self-motivated team player with experience working in a fast - paced team environment.  8.
