Client : Global MNC

This is a green-field R&D Captive being setup that will scale to 150+ employees by EOY 2017. The client is looking for a full-time MBA HR from premier B-School preferred, ideally TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD or SIBM with strong conceptual knowledge and past experience of working with R&D Captives or IT Product based companies.

Position will initially be an IC role reporting to HR Director who is responsible for the Companies entire operations in India, including but not limited to the R&D Captive.

The HR team for the R&D Captive will significantly scale up (under the person being hired) in the coming 6-18 months.
