Head HR for a Growing Valve Company in Ahmedabad  Job role: Head HR  Reporting to: COO  Location: Ahmedabad  Job Purpose:  To set up the HR policies & systems for an organisation envisaging exponential growth  Job responsibilities:  - Develop overall HR strategy for the organisation and aligns the processes to the organisation's strategy   - Approve the HR budgets and cost estimates  - Plan manpower requirements in order to ensure skilled human capital in the right numbers to achieve business results  - Formulate overall compensation and benefits strategy for the organisation in line with the market scenario, trends and specific talent requirements  - Design and support organisation development and culture building initiatives to create and environment most conductive to achieving business objectives. This shall include driving organisation values and creating a team working environment  - Coordinate/liaison with Government and other agencies on legal and regulatory matter  - Responsible for continuous upkeep of all office and infrastructure facilities  - Monitor and review all people related processes and policies reviewed, modified/updated and implemented across the company in a timely and effective manner. Recommend and establish company policies and procedures  - Formulate, implement and monitor strategy and framework in order to maintain good employee relations. Guide and monitor the team for ethical, legal and effective management of issues related to employees union for harmonious industrial relations.  Candidate requirement:  10 - 12 of years of experience with post-graduation in Human Resources Management
