The company is looking for a Head of HR to lead all people based activity within the organization from both operational and strategic perspective.   - He/She will be involved in many areas such as resource planning and recruitment, training and mentoring, managing a variety of Employee Relations issues and being the first point of contact for all employee related issues.   - The company's mission is to transform education and unleash the full potential of India's youth, and want to institutionalize a culture of personal and professional transformation among our team members.   - The Head of Human Resource / Team Transformation will have ultimate responsibility for all people based activity within the organization, both operational and strategic perspective.   Some key responsibilities are listed below :  - Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.  - Coordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team. Build relationships with recruiters, draft JDs, interview senior hires and be involved in the offer and acceptance stage wherever possible  - Provides leadership and supervision for HR processes which include  - Compensation and benefits administration and processing including payroll, IT declaration, statutory compliance and leave management   - Manage performance appraisals and performance improvement process during the performance appraisal cycle for the organization  - Manage end to end employee cycle including induction, onboarding, HR operations, exit formalities, F&F etc  - Ensure all statutory compliances and labor law related compliance is up to date  - Implement new employee benefits that are relevant and exciting for the employees  - Design and implement employee engagement and retention practices that can be applied across regions and levels of employment  - Design, plan and implement the learning and development agenda for the organization. Build a strong culture of coaching and mentoring to help employees unlock their potential  - Recruit, train, motivate, coach a team of HR professionals to help manage and execute all people practices for the company.  Does this sound like you :  - 10 to 12 years of experience in the Human Resource function, with awareness of different approaches and systems to promoter strong team growth   - Significant prior experience training, mentoring, counseling and/or coaching people   - Post-Graduation in HRM from a reputed university  - High emotional intelligence and good communication skills   - Self-driven, creative, organized and comfortable in a quickly evolving structure   - Previous experience in a rapidly growing company  The company is a venture-backed education finance company.
