Reports to( Title) - Sr. Vice President -SSC  Position Summary – (The position is responsible for overall Strategy Formulation & Management of Shared Services HR & Facilities)  - Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals. E.g Relevant Organization Structures; Productivity & Efficiencies; consult on new business initiatives;  - Partner and Support overall SSC KPIs.  - Partner with Business Head / corporate wrt talent management at middle & senior management level  - Partner function heads & business wrt benchmarking & best practice sharing & communication of biz agenda  - Part of the core leadership team for business reviews and strategy planning  - Part of national project team for blue print /execution of projects and employer of choice engagement.  - The incumbent is responsible to identify the organizational and people requirements and drive the activities of HR Team to deliver best practice solutions.  - The incumbent will be responsible for right skilling at all level across SSC and successfully manage the end state headcount of Headcount of more than 1000 employees with optimized cost structure.  - This role will also be responsible for designing and communicating employer brand value proposition to position SSC as an n” Employer of Choice”.  - Head facility management for Shared Services and ensure world class service for seamless and uninterrupted service delivery will be an additional responsibility for this role. The incumbent will also drive the Health Safety & Wellbeing & International Safety Rating System.  - HR Services - Design and implement robust & effective HR Service practices. Design and implement a robust Exit Management process. Ensure 100% statutory compliance with respect to Labour Laws (for Shared Services & Vendors  - Facilities Management & Administration- Ensure smooth administration and running of facility- Reduce overall opex cost as compared to previous year   Key Functions & Responsibilities  1. Strategic:  - Participate in the overall development and implementation of the SSC HR vision and processes.  - Develop and drive the long-term HR strategy for the SSC for more than 1000 Headcount.  - Ensures alignment with HR strategies, policies and initiatives  - Develop strategies to increase employee engagement levels within the Shared Services.  - Plan and implement for continued volatile growth, change and maturity within the Shared Services.  - Communicate with line management as a business partner and provide a deep understanding of the role.   2. Operational (Responsibilities pertaining to day to day Operations Management)  - Liasioning with Corporate HR and align with the national HR practices  - Drive robust & effective performance management & feedback mechanism at SSC  - Develop effective Training need identification and measurement system  - Ensure seamless HR operation at SSC  - Ensure Talent Acquisition within defined schedule at minimum cost  - Ensure high engagement level among employees and enhance VPS score.  3. Developmental:  - Ensure sufficient potential across organization to fill in key roles, and to sustain and build organizational capability over time  - Promote a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups  - Provide clear definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team  - Initiate developmental activities for HR team members  Education: Post Graduate degree in Business Management( Preferably from Premier B school)  Professional Qualification: 10 - 14 years of total experience, * Min. 4+ yrs relevant experience in a Shared Services / BPO/ KPO in a Similar role.  Knowledge: Good Functional knowledge in HR Practices.  Skills / Ability –   - Strong communication, analytical and decision making skills  - Ability to balance conflicting interest  - Ability to manage in dynamic & high growth environment  - Strong Leadership & inter personal skills  - Proven ability to function within a matrix organization
