Head of Human Resource for Client in BioTec based in Goa.  Job Description :   - Head of Human Resource reporting to the CEO/MD Biotec  - Partner with the CEO/MD and the senior team to build the culture, people systems, people development and compensation systems to support an emerging WW biotech organization starting in India with Global operations.  - Responsible for setting up and leading the HR function across the Biologicals business unit  - Includes oversight of the Manufacturing HR, Industrial relations, Centre of Excellence (COE) / Corporate HR function & HR Shared Services  Responsibilities :  Setting up and Managing the Centre of Excellence (COE) / Corporate HR Vertical  Responsibilities shall include   Develop and implement the strategic HR plan for Direct Client BioTec :  - Define the cultural aspects responsible for current high level of performance and the - go forward- culture required for success  - Define employee retention systems  - Build the right - people management- systems - business performance, tracking, people development and organization development   - Coach for all senior management to implement to the strategic HR plan  Talent Acquisition :  - Budgeting & Resource Planning in line with business expansion  - Defining roles and responsibilities of various positions within the company in the form of job descriptions  - Setting up and overseeing the recruitment process, to ensure intake of quality hires at the right time and at the right cost.  Training & Organizational Development :  - Champion the Organizational Capability Building Plan  - Identification of training needs in alignment with the business needs  - Evaluation of training effectiveness  Compensation & Benefits for all world areas :  - Develop the competitive Compensation Plan for CHC   - Introduction of Long Term Incentive (LTI) & Variable Pay Plan; include equity plans   - Incentive Models to drive performance for Sales force  - Implement Flexi Basket and Benefits as per Industry trends in Manufacturing companies  Employee Engagement :  - Set up Employee Engagement models  - Drive Employee Engagement surveys  Talent Management:  - Championing the Talent Management Program  - Identification in Critical Roles and Critical talent and developing Career Levels across organization  Employee Relations & Statutory Compliances :  - Setting up of effective grievance redressed mechanism  - Ensuring Statutory Compliances as per the prevalent labour laws  - Guiding management in formulating labour policies if any to meet statutory compliances  Performance Management :  - Set up systems and Processes to drive performance driven culture  - Set up Half Yearly and annual Review Process  Setting up the Shared Services HR Vertical  This will include responsibilities such as :  - Employee database Management  - Coaching and people development systems  - Payroll Management  - Appointment of new hires and Exit Documents  Education & Experience Requirements :  Educational Background :  - Should hold an MBA in HR from one of the top B-schools in India / abroad  Work Experience :  - 14 - 16 years of post-MBA experience  - Experience in managing the COE and Manufacturing HR Functions  - American Based Multinational experience at a senior level (can be at the senior HR level in the Indian sub of a US MNC  - Experience in designing equity based compensation programs in multiple world areas  Other Expectations :  - Should be able to establish HR function as a partner which adds value to the Business  - Prior Start-up experience will be additional advantage.   Key Skill-sets :  - Should be able to hold ground in demanding / challenging situations  - Should be a person who is extremely matured and proactive in people interactions  - Keen appreciation of on-the ground business needs and practicalities  - Strategic Partnering Skills including - Business Administration, Managing Work & Performance, Problem Solving, Building Partnerships  - Change Championship - Change Management, Organizational Sensitivity  - Administrative Expertise including information management  - Employee Championship - Advocacy, Career and Skill Development, Counseling, Training
