We have been retained by Large Multi National Automobile Company to identify HEAD HR - India  Role Purpose   This position for Head HR is responsible for the deployment of the company's global guidelines for the Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Enhancement & Capability Building, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, implementing C&B and R&R Global Practices, Employee Engagement.   KEY Performance Indicator:  The incumbent will responsible for the harmonious Industrial relations across PAN India operations with Strategy development and deployment.  The Role would be 50% HR and 50% IR, managing Corporate HR as well as HR of their multiple Plants in India.  Location: Pune  KRAs, Responsibilities & Key Activities:  - Preparation of the annual HR and IR budgets and ensuring the achievement.  - Understand the Current Organization culture and develop & deploy a PAN India Strategy to achieve the targeted culture.  - Deployment of the HRIS system and the workday across all operations PAN India.  - Implement and follow up the Talent Review and Succession Planning process to build leadership capabilities and bench strength as per global calendar.  Execute the process of talent identification process and supporting resources for country.  Implement career development processes and resources.  - Execute performance management, succession planning and talent metrics for the organization.  - Lead the implementation of the goal setting and performance review processes for country.  - Implement the compensation & benefits; and Rewards &Recognition Practices as per the laid down strategy by Management.  - Responsible to ensure all statutory compliances related to Factory Operations, wages, labor contracts, PF and ESI are deployed PAN India.  - Understand the current IR status at all sites and build and deploy strategic plan for the long term harmonious IR for all operational locations.  The Ideal Profile:  1. MSW/ MBA HR with 15 -20 years HR experience in Auto sector managing strategic HR, operational HR as well as IR nationally.  2. Capable to manage HR & IR of multiplication plants, sound knowledge of Socio- culture and operational issues at plants in different locations in the country.  3. Should know the central and state labor laws across India.  4. Proficiency in handling all HR Functions and handling Matrix reporting.  5. Well versed with the Industrial Relations issues, hands on experience in handling Workers Union and Government Liaison.  6. Should have hands on experience in handling global HRIS systems (workday optional)  7. Proficiency in spoken as well as written local language - Marathi.  8.
