- Good all round experience in HR especially in Recruitment, L&D and OD
- Experience with good, large companies
- Ability to deal with promoters, and straddle the old and the young
- Keen digital enthusiast
- Energetic and dynamic
- Good communication, presentation and data analysis skills
Age : 40-45
- Success in building and leading teams
- The successful candidate should see himself or herself as the face to head of the function and be able to take HR to a higher level of impact strategically, while ensuring sound operations.
- The function is responsible for hiring, compensation, L&D / OD, leadership and succession planning and HR ops and governance. HR systems use Oracle Cloud.
