Client : Hospitality  Role : Reporting into the Business Head you will responsible for setting up the HR & Training Department  - Prepare the manpower budget for the company  - Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level  - Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources  - Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance   - Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training  - Mentor all levels of employees through formal and informal monthly meetings, discussions and performance feedback  As a successful candidate you should have 10-15 years of experience in HR in hospitality sector specifically
