Our client is a leading conglomerate with a global presence across the region.They are looking for Head of HR for their telecom business.
Ideal candidate will be in the age group of 42 - 45 years with a post graduation experience of 20 years out of which 5 years experience as Head of HR with large Telecom Operator/Telecom Infrastructure of repute.
Job Description :
Design and implementation of HR Systems and Policies, covering, among others, recruitment, retention, succession and career planning, performance appraisal, and training & development
Manpower analysis, planning and budgeting in accordance with business needs
Define organization development needs, training and management development needs, draw up succession and career development plans for potential management
Develop, maintain and implement a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structure and system
Manage and lead HR team members to execute operational human resources activities and services
