Over the years, we have provided achievers with the breakthrough opportunities that have taken their careers to whole new levels.   We are currently working on a very challenging and exciting career opportunity to Head the Human Resources function at one of the most well known and oldest conglomerates, based at Mumbai.   Our client has a presence in Manufacturing, Retail... and is seeking an HR Leader Capable of handling complete HR in a strategic manner for this growing company.   The key responsibilities for the role will include:  - Overall responsibility of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Services functions.  - Reviewing, updating and implementation of HR Policies & procedures to ensure effective & consistent delivery of HR Services across the organisation, thus promoting a professional work culture.  - Preparation & Monitoring of Annual HR Budgets and Overheads in coordination with Functional Heads for manpower planning.  - Work along with Departmental Heads for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures and documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building a harmonious work atmosphere.  - Ownership of various reports like attrition analysis, Headcount planned vs actuals, department wise headcount & cost analysis, etc to update and assist the management in decision making as per business requirements  Education: Post Graduate degree in business or management; MBA preferred-HR professional specialization  Experience:   - Extensive (12 years) experience in HR roles, including significant HR leadership experience   - Significant record of managing processes related to employee selection, development, retention, and motivation, preferably also labor relations in an MNC environment  - Excellent understanding of business   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
