HR Business Partner - Business Services / BPO   JOB LOCATION : Ahmedabad  EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Overall Experience : 12+ years  Qualification: MBA in HR  JOB ROLE :  HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Business-As-Usual, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits management  KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:  Planning & Strategy:  - Implement HR Vision & Strategy  - Lead the unit HR organization in delivering best HR practices  - Align HR services to unit's goals & needs  Talent Acquisition:  - Strategize for high performing organization through effective manpower planning  - Identify manpower gaps in consultation with Business and develop sourcing strategy  - Shortlist, help in selection and close offers.  - Manage effective on-boarding processes for new hires  Talent Management:  - Talent management incl. counseling and coaching managers & employees  - Design and execute strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention and engagement  - Ensure effective management of Succession Planning and Individual development plans for all key roles  Performance Management:  - Manage and ensure efficient deployment of Performance Management system across the unit  - Work closely with the Business to lead Annual and Mid-Year review   - Ensure proper and unbiased feedback to employees with data points supporting the ratings   C&B:  - Ensure consistent and thorough administration of Compensation reviews  - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions  - Manage payroll for all the employees  - Ensure high level of productivity, motivation and existence of appropriate incentives and R&R programs  Training:  - Training need identification & preparation of Training Calendar in consultation with Business  - Design & implement various training modes such as On-the-Job experiences, Job Rotations, Special Projects, Stretch Assignments, Classroom training, Do-it-yourself training through Pre-recorded AV clips and Coaching & Mentoring in consultation with Business  IR:  - Build relationships with industry associations and professional bodies, where required  Governance:  - Ensure HR governance through requisite controls, audits, and other relevant mechanisms. Deploy appropriate diagnostic tools and interventions.   - Ensure adherence to standards of Business conduct.  Reports:  - Provide feedback to CEO through regular structured reports for decision making  - Creating HR analytics for the BU on & provide critical information for management decision making   Industry / Area/ Domain : Retail, BPO, Telecom  Skills & Knowledge :  - Should have worked in similar capacity in a medium size company  - Team player & should be able to lead a small team  - High level of interpersonal skills
