Job Description:
- Having the business strategy and needs in mind, set up, implement and continuously improve the various HR processes
- Create the annual HR plan and long term strategy based on the business objectives.
- Partner and influence business leaders by providing professional human resources advice, counsel, and practical solutions.
- Drive and improve the effectiveness of Performance Management System across the organization
- Organization effectiveness - Always look for opportunity to strengthen the organization of the country
- Build good relationships and keep adequate communication with all levels of employees and manage the employee relations
- Cascade and support HR related initiatives from global and region
- Being as the change agent and enforce the new company culture and promote right behaviors
- Talent development - lead all the development initiatives in country including talent review, succession planning, training and development, etc.
- Build a strong HR team
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources related major; MBA is a plus from a Renowned Institute
- 10+ years HR management experience in reputed MNC and/or Indian organizations
Desired Profile:
- Manufacturing /Industrial experience
- Should have also handled Sales HR
