We have the following vacancy :

GM-HR : reporting to the CEO, will lead the HR function and be responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel, Compliance & Admin. Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the businesses & development.

- Will work closely with the CEO & Functional Heads.

- Must be working in a dynamic, high-technology organisation. Will personally frontend all HR initiatives including Talent + People Management, Coaching / Mentoring Senior Management Team, Change Management, Employee Relations, PMS, C+B / Rewards, etc.

Candidate Profile :

- MBAs (premier / leading institutes) aged 43-52 with 18-25 years strong experience in Strategic & Operational HR & IR in High-Technology Development organisations having global footprint.

- Should have strong conceptual and execution strengths and experience in building robust and effective HR delivery strategies.

- Experience in setting up and building a grassroots/greenfield organisation is desirable. Must have strong commercial orientation and experience as a HRBP.
