Job Title: Head Of HR - Ksa  Role Purpose:  The job holder is responsible for providing overall HR leadership for all my client's Hospitality concepts in KSA and ensures the implementation of HR initiatives under the guidance of HR Corporate Hospitality. Ensure operational excellence in all areas of HR in line with the policies and in compliance with the labour law.   Specific Accountabilities:  Strategic HR Role:  - Provide overall strategic human resource leadership to the organization.   - Developing systems and processes within the organization that address the strategic needs of the business.  - Provide input for development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; recruitment and orientation; training and development; retention; legal compliance and procedures; and employee communications.  Generalist HR Role:  - Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourage the ongoing development of Human Resources staff.  - Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes human resources services, employee recognition, supports teams, company philanthropic giving, and administration.  - Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.  - Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.  - International experience in the KSA and familiarity with the visa formalities is an added advantage  10 - 12 Yrs of experience in HR field / MBA is Mandatory / Hospitality Experience would be preferred for this role   - Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information; and Intranet sites.   - Ensuring effective interdepartmental communication  - Team Builder  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Presentation skills  - Instructional design skills  - Management education
