Client Details :

Our client is a renowned MNC with operations in 55+ countries employing 25000+ people worldwide. They are a listed entity globally and are one of the biggest players in India in their sector. They are in the facility management space providing maintenance, hygiene and work wear services. Based out of Mumbai they are looking for a Head HR to support the growth plans of the organization.

Description :

Reporting to the MD India and functionally to HR Director APAC, you will be looking at a team size of 40+ people in HR and overall employee base of 6000+ people. You shall also be responsible for:-

- Managing the IR piece in the organization as most of the employee strength is blue collared.

- Leading team of HR professionals providing support to each location .

- Working closely with business leaders to lead work in a variety of areas including organization change, design and development, talent development and employee engagement at all levels

- Drive people work stream of M&A agendas and harmonization activities

Profile :

Ideally you have 10-15 years of MNC experience in an environment which allowed you to have expertise in the IR space. You have dealt and handled with blue collared workers in the past and are also thorough in guiding the organization through M&A phase. You are a self starter, hands on and have managed sizeable teams with a track record of success.
