The subsidiary is a professional skilling solutions provider in the sales and service domain.  The responsibilities for the incumbent include:  HR Strategy:  - Formulate & Implement an Organization wide HR strategy towards achieving the organization's goals and objectives. Translate business strategies and objectives into appropriate HR actions and initiatives. Bring contemporary practices on board and make them work.  Performance Management System:  - Ideate, design, Own and operate the Performance Management system beyond the traditional boundaries and continue to support and develop managers in driving a meritorious performance culture  - Build and operate cutting edge Talent Management practices  - Partner actively with the employees to entrench the view on Training as a business  Compensation & Benefits:  - Craft and ensure implementation of a total rewards approach : strategically evaluate the interlinkages between HR Business Strategy, Employee Experiences and Compensation and Benefits to build an consistent and ROI compensation structure  Processes and Governance:  - Measure and monitor key HR metrics/dashboard on a routine basis and report to the management.  - Conduct periodic Reviews of existing policies and processes.  Employee Relations and Engagement:  - Stay current to industry practices and proactively develop and effectively introduce alternatives to current practices that balance employee relations and engagement.  - Build industry first employee engagement practices  Talent Acquisition:  - Managing the end-to-end process of attracting, selecting and on-boarding the right talent internally / externally, thereby fulfilling staffing requirements in time. Having a hands-on understanding of the recruitment, selection procedures and ensuring consistent implementation  Education and Qualification:  - M.B.A. in HR  - Overall experience of 10-15 years in HR  - Should have deep experience in Performance  - Management System and Compensation & Benefits  The role involves Strategic Thinking and Execution in the HR domain and is a leadership role (Head HR).
