About the company:

- Our client has been awarded with the in principle license from RBI to start a - Small Finance Bank- .

- Banking operations are targeted to start around October 2016 and it will be headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

- Currently, the MFI's Net worth is 240 Cr. It will raise capital of INR 500-600 cr to start its small finance banking operations with which its net worth will be 800 cr approximately.

Brief on the role:

- We are looking for a Head HR to be integral part of the team that's going to transform our clients transition to Small Finance Bank.

- Reporting to the CEO (in immediate future) he or she needs to build the entire organisation that is expected to hit the ground by end of next year.

- Prospective candidates should be from a Bank with comprehensive exposure in HR function with at least 12 years' experience.

- He or she presently should be reporting to Head of HR of the bank. MBA in HR from top B-School is a must.
