Reportees : HR and Administration team for the entire organization

Job Summary :

- The Head, HR shall be responsible for a number of job duties related to Organizational Development, Recruitment and Staffing, Employment Law, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Motivation, Infrastructure Management and Compensation and Benefits. In addition, he/she shall provide management, leadership and direction to the HR staff as well as outside agencies, such as recruitment specialists, service providers etc.

- He/She shall also fulfill the role of Senior level advisor to the company's management and employees regarding various human resource aspects.

Job Responsibilities :

Policies : He/ She will facilitate and provide guidance to the management in HR matters, develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures suitable for the organization and in accordance with the government laws and regulations.

HR business plan : He/ She will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's human resources business plan, establish short and long-term goals, training needs, budget for HR expenses, and network with outside peers and organizations when needed to achieve goals.

Hiring : He/ She will enable the organization to attract and hire top-quality employees with competitive salary and benefits. To do this, he/she will manage hiring practices, including recruiting and selection.

Compensation : He/ She will design, evaluate, update and report on a comprehensive compensation plan for the entire organization including employee benefit schemes. He/ She will outline, plan and lead company's appraisal cycle end to end.

Employee motivation : He/ She will foster a diverse workplace and a vibrant culture through the right environment, trainings and motivation tools that inculcates ownership and enable all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential.

Employee relationship : He/ She will handle employee grievances, establish accountability, identifying solutions to resolve problems and will often participate in coaching, disciplining and terminating employees. He/ She will also monitor and ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance management : He/ She will be responsible for the active HR performance management by gathering feedback from employees through right channels and planning actions accordingly.

Administration : He/ She will be responsible to organize and maintain workplace with the required infrastructure and facilities at all locations of the company. Additionally, he/ she will be responsible for planning in advance and expanding these facilities in line with the organization's expansion plan.

Industrial relations : He/ She will be responsible to fulfill contract-staff requirement of different manufacturing plants by liaising with external govt and non-govt agencies while ensuring compliance with required laws

Team management : He/ She will direct entire HR and Administration department staff on day to day basis, allocate work and derive results.

Job Requirement :

- Base location will be Pimpri, Pune currently. The Head may be required to visit company's different locations (currently in Pune, but could be pan-India and abroad in future) from time to time.
