Our client is a US based IT product start-up in Internet space.

Designation: Head - People Operations

Position reports to CEO and handle a small team

Location: Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create cohesive culture across multiple offices

- Take charge of: onboarding, Technical (mailing lists, etc.), Getting to know different functions, Buddy from different location, Monthly employee surveys, Monthly company and product wide updates, Monthly employee recognition, Events / fun things, Employee handbook, Employee training, Performance appraisal and training managers, Ensuring regular one to one's, Performance appraisal system

Desired Profile:

- 5-8 yrs of experience in People Operations/Human Resources and Engagement activities

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/SIBM/IMT/MDI etc.

- Passionate to Work and Interact with young team

- Out of the box thinker

- More of people oriented than process oriented

- Good communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Can handle multiple sites(India/US) independently

- Willing to work in start-up environment and work with founders
