Co-ordination with - H.O.-HR , Accounts, Entire Plant, Unions, Vendors, Govt.Officials, etc
1. To have effective manpower planning that includes of contract employees & ensure availability of the same for production
2. To source & recruit right people at the plant level
3. To conduct Induction program of all new joinees at the Plant
4. To coordinate Training on various topics in line with job requirement
5. To coordinate Performance Appraisals & Reviews at the Plant
6. To execute Employee Policies as per sanction
7. To fulfill Statutory Compliances under various labour laws on time & to have effective liasioning with various Government/ Social authorities.
8. To ensure discipline & harmonious Industrial Relations
9. To ensure proper Security/ Canteen/Housekeeping/Transportation services, etc and other administrative function of the Plant.
KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH
- Knowledge of Labour Laws
- Knowledge of handling Unions/ Contract System & Government Authorities.
