Job Description :
- Implement HR Policies, programs and processes in a timely, consistent and effective manner to provide employees with an attractive and conducive workplace.
- Driving the flawless execution of all people related programs and initiatives throughout the(corporate) customer groups.
- Upgrading the talent/capability of our employee base by partnering with Staffing and Functional Heads; and Drive the Diversity Agenda for the brand.
- Elevate the people Capability at through various Interventions.
- Ensure New Joinees are integrated with the Yum! Culture through a consistent & comprehensive On boarding program.
- Ensure record keeping and feedback analysis of on boarding as well as exit processes and ensuring that the feedbacks are ploughed back into the system.
Process :
- Drive statutory compliance on People Processes at Corporate office
- Facilitate and Recommend rectifications based on identified risks/ best practices.
- Work with the Finance Team on matters related to payroll for new joinees and exiting employees.
C&B :
- Defining & Executing the Reward strategy
- Engage with external partners for Benchmarking Studies.
- Compensation guidelines, Hiring to support Annual / Ongoing Salary revisions.
- Implement a Competitive & tax friendly Compensation structure.
- Prior experience in Consulting is required.
