With a turnover of close to 3000 crores, they are growing aggressively and widening the product portfolio. Currently they are looking for a Head of HR for their pan India operations to be based out of Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Reporting into the Business head,you will be managing a team of 4 people and responsible for driving the HR initiatives for the Business Unit

- Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas

- Encouraging talent management interventions for individual development and drive leadership development competence for critical roles and individuals of the assigned business

- Execute annual compensation processes for assigned area. Lead planning, administration and feedback on the compensation process

- Partner with business and learning teams to devise Individual development programs for talent development and growth

- Design & Manage the career movement for critical talent to enhance employee productivity within the business unit

Successful Applicant:

- As a successful applicant you should have 9-13 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist with focus on driving talent management, Organizational Development interventions.

- Candidates with experience of working in Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Durable space would be given high preference.
