Position Summary:  - Strategic HR Advisor to Circle Business Head in the whole HR Arena; Ensuring implementation of processes that will deliver the most benefits for Uninor’s performance; Building relationships at key levels in the Circle organisation to support business objectives.   KEY DELIVERABLES  - Builds partnering relationship with line managers in circle  - Clearly communicates the human resources processes   - Recruitment and Selection of resources in the circle as per manpower planning  - Runs, facilitates and follows all human resources processes (TDP, Performance Management, IVC, etc) for the circle  - Counsels the circle functional heads in people issues based on values, company objectives and legislation  - Ensures that vision, values are in place and lived through daily activities and aligned with company’s goals  - Implements position and competency frameworks and design motivational career paths   - Matches resource capability to changing business requirements and conditions, maintaining a workforce plan (quantity and quality) and making resource projections for the circle  - Monitors and fosters talent by facilitating talent/management reviews. Plans for succession and identifies our values, behaviours and skills for future leaders to develop against   - Enables a working environment where sharing knowledge and expertise is organisational   - Identifies key metrics for HR to measure business performance and HR performance (ie. length of service, illness rate, attrition rate, etc.)  - Signals and proposes solutions for retention issues and motivation of employees  - Keeps the image of employer of choice through exit process and maintains the network with former  employees when necessary   - Runs various training programmes in cooperation with L&D when needed  - Other responsibilities and deliverables agreed within the HR partnering area  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Recruitment as per the defined TATs and as per the manpower planning  - 100% Implementation of the position and competency frameworks and motivational career paths  - Facilitate and run all HR process  - Succession planning of all key positions  - Data accuracy and ownership at all times for the concerned circle.  - 100% compliance to the training programs as per the training calendar  Level of Education   - Full time Master in Human Resource Management / MBA in allied field   Work Experience:  - 12-15 years (Minimum of 2 years of experience in multinational or reputed Indian environment)  - Personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity and initiative and with this, challenge business leaders trough appropriate behaviours and values.  Please apply only those person who have worked in Lucknow territory...  Industry: Across Industry   Location: Lucknow
