About our Client - Our client is one of the leading lifestyle/consumer durables company in the world. They have a state of the art products and are market leaders in this space. India is a very important market for them and they are investing heavily into the country. They are looking for a Head of GTM to drive their most important business in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the GTM strategy for India
- Driving the expansion of the company footprint across the country
- Leading the technology roll out for the region by expanding automation
- Focus on developing and implementing the regional and functional GTM
- Analyzing sales figures and make plans to convert them into revenue
- Working closely with the regional managers to ensure alignment with overall company objectives
The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 10 years of experience in core sales, GTM, RTM experience in the retail/fashion lifestyle space. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands on approach towards his work.
