Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Support the creation of sales strategy for the zone and drive its implementation as per plan
- Adhere to the zone sales budget
- Drive the sales strategy at zone level to support the achievement of overall sales targets across primary, secondary and tertiary levels of distribution
- Identify the gaps in zone distribution network through interaction with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure the presence of brand across zone distribution network and periodically assess the health of business distribution at zone level
- Liaise with the concerned marketing personnel to involve and participate in the BTL activities at zone level with a view to drive the zone sales volumes
- Track contemporary trends and subsequently, forecast the future trends in all aspects of sales at zone level
- Implement the training strategy in coordination with sales admin. Oversee & monitor the overall training and development needs for the zone’s sales force
- Perform the role of a people manager for the zone sales force
Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Management with specialization in sales and marketing
- B.E. / Graduate
Overall and Specific Experience
- 14-16 years of overall experience
- Exposure to Mobile handset/Telecom / FMCG distribution business
