We are looking for Head - HR (GM) to be based out of Andhra Pradesh-Vishakhapatnam for our client which is into API and Formualtions.   The organization is one of leading Pharmaceutical company and the person coming on board will be responsible to manage the entire Gamut of HR Activities for 3 Plants   Candidates who are currently :  Candidate would be responsible for the following roles :  - Talent Retention & Engagement - L&D  - Working on Organizational Restructuring & Design  - Conducting Culture Assessment Survey   - Deploying Change Management Initiatives based on the inputs received from the Survey   - HR Policy Formulation & Implementation  - Formulating strategy and policies with focus on aligning HR with core business.   - Overseeing smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of employees in the organization.   - Performance Management & Compensation & Benefits  - Designed and streamlined the increment policy - to benchmark the salaries against the market data.  - Performance Appraisal - effective execution and implementation of the system.  - Re-engineering of PMS system for employees across various levels   - Man-power planning, Recruitment & Selection  - Developing manpower plan in coordination with cross-functional departmental heads; responsible for internal & external recruitment's.  - Define and implement a consistent middle and senior level Recruitment and Selection policy   - Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources; screening, short-listing, scheduling and interviewing candidates.   - Responsible for pre hire orientation and Induction Program for new recruits and making them familiar with the organization.  Employee Relations :  - Strategic Advisor to the Business Units in HR based Activities  - Responsible for sharing feedback of the Engagement Survey with all employees across levels  - Closing the loop within stipulated timelines and communicating the achieved agendas to the employees in an effective forum.  - Implementing and rolling out the feedback received from employees.
