Head - Finance - Real Estate

A fast growing Real Estate and Construction company is looking to hire their Head of Finance / Finance Controller.

- Oversee preparation of financial reports including income statements, cash flow and forecasting, balance sheets, and periodic budgets, reports to the CMD

- Effectively manage corporate accounts and taxation

- Manage treasury operations, statutory audits both internal and external, financial controls and systems.

- Business performance management and Risk management

- Statutory reporting

- Establish appropriate level of checks and balances in operations in order to more than achieve the targets, as also guiding team in achieving the best possible cost – benefit mix.

Candidate specifications:

- The candidate would have 7-8+ years of post qualification experience. Preferably a CA/MBA Finance. Must bring strong controller ship and Accounting experience. Sector experience of Real Estate and Construction is good to have.

Compensation - 12 - 15 LPA

Location - Noida

Reports - CMD and Promoter

Team Size - 8-12
