Head - Finance - CA - Private Advisory Equity Firm

We are looking for a bright Chartered Accountant who is keen to build a career in private equity. The ideal candidate must have 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience and must have handled divisional reporting responsibility. Familiarity with fund accounting is essential.

- The incumbent would be required to support the investment professionals at the fund in financial evaluation of investment proposals and the conduct of diligence on target investee companies.

- He or she would also support the operating professionals in measuring and managing performance of investee companies, improving financial reporting and governance quality.

- Experience in food and agri businesses will be highly desirable.
