Head - Finance - CA - Loan Provider Startup

Ideal candidate would be :

- CA with 5-9 years post qualification experience

- Articleship preferably with big 5

- NBFC Lending preferable with hands-on approach

- Fund raise (incl. debt) exposure preferable

- Provide comptrollership functions in order to ensure financial are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles.

- All taxation matters related to Service tax, corporate taxation and all other tax related Compliances including Tax Audit.

- Handle Service Tax Audit and Income Tax assessments i.e. submission of reply to Income Tax Department for various notice.

- Co-ordinate with the custodian bank and for settling the deal and also send settlement instruction to custodian bank/broker and

- Technically sound across various areas of finance including RBI compliance, taxation and Cos. Act compliance

- Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint

- Experience in Financial Controlling & Reporting, Budgeting & forecasting, Process management & Auditing

- Proficiency in design, development, implementation & management of core accounting and finance function, possess in-depth knowledge of assessment of company's financial health .

- Established and implemented internal control disciplines across region to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial reports in addition to productivity and bottom-line improvement
