Head - Finance - CA - EPC/Real Estate/Architecture

Our clients are seeking a Head Accounts based in Bangalore and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Our client, by combining design, project management, construction and technology teams,ensures that clients benefit from a single point of contact. This single point design service delivers high quality projects faster, and at a competitive cost. To achieve the business goals, you would be required to take leadership for all Finance operations for India region.

The primary objectives for the person in this position are:

- Heading the complete Finance operations for India

- Managing Funds & overseeing all banking activities

- Handling all accounting activities accurately as per India GAAP & IFRS

- Responsible for Statutory compliance in relation to Direct Tax, TP, ROC & others if any applicable

- Overseeing Payroll & Employee reimbursement activity

- Budgeting & Variance Analysis

- Handling Statutory & Internal Audits

- Generating meaningful MIS such as Monthly FINANCIALS, Budget Variance report, Travel Report, Capex Report etc

- Preparation of Annual Financials as per IFRS standards.

- Preferably should have worked in SAP environment.

- Responsible for company secretarial compliances

Role and Responsibility:

- Monitor all tasks delegated and ensure that all goals are achieved by the agreed deadlines.

Position Requirements:

- You would need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, along with an in-depth understanding of business management.

- This role will requires strong influencing skills, excellent communication skills, excellent business, Financial & analytical skills. Strong intellectual horsepower with a practical sense of what works in an organizational setting.

Exposure in the real estate sector/Architecture/EPC/ Manufacturing domain would be preferred.

Primary Qualifications:

- The position requires a Chartered Accountant preferably first attempt CA with experience in financial controllership with 10 years of experience.
