The Finance head will drive all aspects of financial and compliance management; will work collaboratively with other teams, implement internal policies and procedures. S/he would be responsible for all financial and compliance functions in the program including accounting, vendor payments, budgeting, financial reporting, banking, and provide timely reports. S/He will also be an internal contact point in all tax and compliance matters...This position would report to GM   - Budgeting & MIS : Development of budgets ; assist staff and administrators in budget preparation, implementation and subsequently mapping Actuals against it   - Responsible for monthly closing/estimates and develop reliable estimates of costs, cash and key working capital accounts; communicate current results and estimates to GM Comparatives Analysis of Budget v/s Actuals   - Cash flow planning and managing daily cash balances   - Reviewing & publishing MIS and other financial reports to management   - Driving standardization & process improvement across operating businesses in all aspects of planning and reporting, including best practice sharingInterpret & analyze KPIs to support business objectives   - Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities   - Managing Financial and Internal Audits   - Partner with different teams to identify and govern initiatives for achieving financial goals & efficiencies at unit level   - Partner pro-actively with operations, gain feedback and identify areas of improvement   Desired Skills :   - Candidates with SME, Start-up and IT organization experience preferred   - Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities   - A resilient self-starter, comfortable with changing deadlines and the need to re-appraise priorities   - A strong communicator and excellent relationship builder, able to articulate their point clearly and concisely with both finance and non- finance functions, and comfortable with challenging others.   - Must have the desire to initiate and drive through change and continuous improvement   - Ability to create and critique working practices, ensuring they are streamlined and efficient   - Qualifications- CA with the experience of 5 years
