Designation - Head- Finance

Reporting Manager - Director

Basic Purpose of the Role 0 Ensure accurate maintenance of company’s financial accounts and taking care of daily transactions and Banking Operations while managing payables and receivables.

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:

- Funds Management

- Analyzing requirement of funds on the basis of Business Requirement

- Preparing Requisition of funds needed for smooth Business Operations

- Oversee Efficient Deployment of funds

- Maximize profits by ensuring minimization of NPAs and idle funds at hand

Accounting & Banking Operations

- Looking after day-to-day Financial Transactions.

- Book Keeping of accounts and assisting in preparation of Balance Sheet.

- Reconciliation of Bank Statement

- Maintenance of Banking transactions on daily basis, tracking fund availability and Issuing cheques to clients

- Tracking receivables and payables of company

- Providing help to smooth running of ERP

- Issuing of various form to Vendors and customers respectively

- Follow up for various forms received from vendors and customers.

- Tracking the correctness of raised Invoices as per rules.

- Monthly Sales MIS ( executive wise and category wise sales )

- Perform other accounting duties as requested.

Credit collection

- Assisting reportees in generating Credit Collection Report and

- Follow up with clients for payment collection

- Generating Debtors & Creditors report on a weekly basis

- Assisting Head – Finance in day-to-day financial Transactions

- Perform other accounting duties as requested.

Statutory and Taxation Compliance

- Preparing of Form 16 & filing of Income Tax Return.

- Assisting In Income Tax Assessment.

- Preparing TDS Return

- Timely Payment of Excise Duty and Sales Tax

- Depositing Service Tax Challan

- Preparing of Sales Tax Return on monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.

- Preparing and filing Excise Returns

- Preparing and filing Service Tax Returns

- Maintaining Statutory record for Excise & Service Tax

- Maintaining the record various form of Sales Tax and excise as per requirement.

- Get issuing various Forms from Sales Tax Deptt (i.e. Inward/ Outward Forms, D-1, ‘C’ Form etc.)

- Sales Tax Assessment

Education/ Key Skills required:

- A bachelor’s degree is required.

- CA/MBA/ M.Com. in Finance would be preferred

- Experience of 8 to 10 yrs with 4-5 years of experience in same profile.
