Need an expert in Accounts and Finance!   You should preferably have worked in the hotel industry, ideally running a hotel as a UFC.   Knowledge of Tally and IDS is a plus.  You will be responsible for:  1. Budgeting and forecasting for a group of 15 operational hospitality properties  2. Negotiating contracts   3. Financial closure for books of accounts with our CA  4. Statutory Requirements (ESI, PF, TDS, GST, others)  5. Handling issues in our hotels as and when they arise   6. Hiring and training of unit accounts heads  .... and of course signing cheques on our behalf!
