Head - F&A (CFO role)  Our client is a big business house having a presence into the diversified business like Real Estate, Confectionery, Entertainment, and Hospitality.  Position is Chief Finance Officer (General Manager Level) and reporting to Chairman/MD of the group.  CA with min 12 years of experience is required.   Role & Responsibilities :  - Responsible for budgeting, statutory audits coordination, accounts closing, accounts payable and receivable, balance sheet preparation.  - Prepare Opex and Capex budgets in coordination with the user departments  - Upload/Monitor / Control OPEX and CAPEX budgets  - Prepare detailed monthly MIS as per standard practices & Provide reasons for variation   - Ensure timely preparation/closing of quarterly/ annual accounts as per accounting standards. Prepare Revenue Budget, Projection for the Financial year  - Prepare Financial statements as per IFRS. Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue & profit performance, identify gaps & suggest corrective actions to management  - Follow-up with the customers for outstanding payments and provide TDS details and carry out reconciliation of balances  - Ensure completion of statutory audits as per schedule and take action to resolve/ rectify the audit observations   - Prepare presentations for Board/BRMs meetings.   - Provide timely and prompt response to internal customers on F & A issues   - Forecast expenses/funds required based on actual business results and anticipated cash flows  - Ensure Adequacy and Renewal of Insurance, Prepare Estimate/Final Claim Statement and submit proofs and documents  - Analyse Capex proposals/projects and monitor the progress and fund requirements   - Carry out reconciliation of monthly bank statements; identify and rectify any discrepancies.   - Ensure timely and accurate accounting with respect to the processed bills.
